行程安排 Itinerary
Upon arrival at Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport (airport code: NRT or HND), you will be greeted by our representative holding a sign and transferred to your hotel between 08:00 and 22:00. Hotel check-in is available from 15:00 onwards with your passport.
*Please ensure that you provide your flight information in advance. We will arrange the airport transfer in batches according to your flight details, and there may be some waiting time. We appreciate your understanding.

早餐後，前往【皇居外苑二重橋】您可以在外苑前拍照留念。隨後，前往【淺草觀音寺】，這是日本觀音寺總堂，是東京歷史最悠久、人氣最旺的寺院。在【仲見世商店街】感受東京最熱鬧的購物街，並可遠眺東京的新地標——【東京晴空塔（SKY TREE）】。接著前往日本最大的海鮮市場【築地市場】（午餐請自理），然後前往【銀座】，這是世界三大繁華購物街之一。晚上入住溫泉酒店，品嚐酒店內的自助晚餐或會席料理，並享受日本泡溫泉的樂趣。

After breakfast, visit the Imperial Palace East Garden’s Nijubashi Bridge. Next, head to Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the main Kannon temple in Japan, which is Tokyo’s oldest and most popular temple, dedicated to the Holy Kannon. Experience the bustling shopping street of Nakamise Shopping Street, and enjoy views of Tokyo’s new landmark, Tokyo Skytree. Continue to Tsukiji Market, Japan’s largest seafood market (lunch is at your own expense). Then visit one of the world’s three major shopping streets, Ginza. In the evening, check into a hot spring hotel, enjoy a buffet dinner or kaiseki cuisine at the hotel, and relax in the Japanese hot springs.

After breakfast, head to Shinkurayama Asama Park, an ideal location for cherry blossom viewing in spring and maple leaf viewing in autumn. Next, visit Kawaguchi Lake, with the backdrop of Mount Fuji adds to the scenic beauty. Then, explore Fifth Station of Mount Fuji, where you can enjoy stunning mountain views (if the mountain is closed due to cold weather or other reasons, the First Station will be visited instead). Finally, visit Oshino Hakkai, a scenic area with eight clear spring ponds scattered around.

After breakfast, head to Shirakawa-go to visit the Gassho Village. Shirakawa-go, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is like stepping into a fairy tale! The centuries-old gassho buildings blend nature, history, and modern life, making them a “living world heritage.”
After lunch, proceed to Takayama to visit the Takayama Jinya. This was a government office during the Edo period, used for governance and administration. Then, explore the Takayama Old Town, where the Sanmachi Suji area is known as a “Michelin Three-Star Attraction”. This historic shopping street retains the traditional Edo period architectural style in both the exteriors and interiors of its shops.

After breakfast, head to Kyoto to visit Fushimi Inari Shrine. The dense rows of vermilion “Thousand Torii Gates” are a signature sight in Kyoto. Next, visit Gion, a traditional and bustling district of Kyoto. Visit Yasaka Shrine and take a stroll through Hanamikoji Street. Then, visit the world heritage site and the oldest temple in Kyoto Kiyomizu-dera. Walk along Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka, charming sloped streets that are iconic of Kyoto. We have also arranged a special experience of Japanese tea ceremony and DIY wagashi (Japanese sweets) making.

After breakfast, head to Nara to visit the world heritage site Kasuga Taisha. Next, explore Nara Park, where you can see leisurely deer roaming freely, which is one of the iconic sights of Nara. Then, proceed to Osaka to visit Osaka Castle Park, one of Osaka’s landmarks. The main building, the Tenshukaku, is magnificent with its imposing, gilded exterior. Afterward, head to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, Osaka’s most bustling commercial districts. These areas feature a variety of department stores and specialty shops and are renowned for Japanese cuisine, including takoyaki, ramen, and sushi, making it a food lover’s paradise.

- Flight Booking: If you plan to purchase flight tickets before joining the tour, please only do so after receiving the “Booking Confirmation.”

- Baggage Allowance: Baggage allowance is determined by the airline you are flying with.
- Name Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of your name details. Additional charges for name changes on tickets are AUD 100 per change.
- Passport and Visa: If you hold a passport from a country other than Australia, please consult our advisor regarding visa requirements before booking.
- Important Information: Tour details and hotel addresses will be sent to you via email 1-2 weeks before departure. You will also be invited to join the WeChat/WhatsApp group for the tour date.
- Personal Safety: Keep track of your personal belongings at crowded tourist sites. Shopping is a personal activity; verify the authenticity of items yourself. Note that local photography may incur fees.
- Cultural Differences: Service standards may differ between developing and developed countries. Travelers are advised to be patient and understanding of local service speeds to maintain a positive travel experience.
- Tour Company Rights: The tour company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary and adjust the tour. The cruise company and our company are not responsible for any losses or impacts caused by such changes.
- Weather and Other Factors: In cases of severe weather, high waves, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the tour from taking place, neither the tour company nor our company will provide compensation. Customers are not entitled to disputes.

旅行團報名及責任細則 Tour Booking & Terms and Conditions
訂位手續：
● 必須提供旅遊證件上的正確姓名，並清楚核對收據上參加者之姓名及證件資料，如因提供資料不符(如姓名、証件類別)而引致需更改任何文件所產生的額外費用和責任，需由旅客全數承擔。
● 請確保旅遊證件有效期以回國日計須達 6 個月或以上，並須持有有效之入境簽證及有足夠之空白頁供入境之用。
● 於網站預訂旅行團必須以系統所接受的付款方式全數付款，如提供的信用卡屬澳洲境外，旅客必須自行承擔銀行之匯率的差異。
訂金金額 ( 以每位澳幣計算 )：24小時內全額付款
1.報名時請先提供護照影本，待機位及船位回報訂位成功之後，請於24小時內全額付款。
2.鑑於外幣浮動、燃料費用、交通票、酒店、保險等加價導致成本上升，本公司保留在旅客出發前調整費用之權利。價格如有更改，將會另行通知。燃油附加費價格以航空公司最後公佈為準。一切費用必須出發前全數繳付方能出發。
3.本公司保留接受報名與否之最終權利。
取消細則：
- 旅客如因私人情況下要求取消訂位或更改出發地點、日期或 更改姓名等，一律視作取消訂位論。
- 本公司將根據以下列表扣除費用：
出發前60天或以上取消: 每位扣除全數費用之10%
出發前46-59天取消: 每位扣除全數費用之25%
出發前45天內取消: 每位扣除全數費用之100%
＊出發當日缺席，一切所繳費用概不退還。
旅遊證件及簽證：
- 旅客所持旅遊證件必須有最少6個月或以上有效期(以回澳日計算)。
- 航空公司指示，旅遊證件必須具備兩頁之空白頁，以便作為當地移民局作入/出境記錄蓋印之用。否則航空公司有權拒絕旅客登機。
- 旅客必須自行了解所持之旅遊證件及旅遊簽證，是否符合當地入/出境要求條例。若被航空公司或移民局拒絕登機或入/出境要求。
本公司將不負任何責任。已繳交之費用概不獲退還。而所有額外安排之費用，旅客均需自行承擔。 - 旅客因個人原因自辦簽証而不獲簽証或本公司代辦簽証時, 旅客未能提供領事館要求的文件或資料，引致延誤或不獲簽證，本公司概不負責。
- 任何種類的簽證審批權及出入境批准權一律由該國或地區之領事館及 / 或出入境部門全權決定，出入境如有問題，責任旅客自負，本公司或其委託機構毋須負任何責任。如簽證已代辦， 簽證費恕不退還。
- 即使旅客持有有效之入境簽證及旅遊證件，而於入境時被當值之移民局海關人員拒准入境，本公司或其委託機構亦毋須負任何責任。所需額外安排之食宿、交通費用全部由其本人負責，其餘下的行程亦將不會獲得任何補償，亦不得要求退款或改團。
責任細則：
- 本公司保留合併團隊出發的權利。
- 所有列出的交通服務資料只供參考，如有更改概不負責，一切須以出票時為準。
- 除本公司直接提供之服務外，本公司及其職員或附屬公司或與本公司有經營關係之公司以代理人身份在澳洲或外地安排其他獨立機構所提供之交通工具 ( 如飛機、輪船、火車或遊覽 巴士等 )、住宿、膳食或娛樂觀光項目等 (“委託機構”)，團員如遇交通延誤、政局不安、失火、罷工、戰爭、天災人禍、機器失靈、行李遺失、意外傷亡、財物損失或無法控制及政府更改條例等，該依照當地法律向擁有、管理或操作之委託機構直接交涉或追討賠償，而該等機構均各訂立不同條例，以對客人負責。在此情況下， 本公司概不對該等損失或傷亡負責。
- 除因由本公司之員工或其直接管理或操作之機構之疏忽而引致團員之個人傷亡外，本公司對團員在任何意外中之個人傷亡、經濟、娛樂或精神損失概不負責。
- 如旅客自行更改由其他人士代為參團，本公司或其委託機構之職員有權取消其隨團之資格，而無須發還任何團費，而該人士在隨團期間之保險、責任賠償、行為後果等均由該人士自行承擔。
- 如因天氣、罷工、戰爭、怠工或安全情況影響而引致有關交通工具暫停服務，停航或其他事故，而必須將行程更改或取消部份行程，本公司則將團員所繳交之費用扣除因以上事故而引致之損失後，退回差額給團員。
- 有關住宿、膳食、遊覽節目等問題，均依據旅程表安排。若遇特殊情況，如簽證受阻，當地酒店突告客滿或航機改變飛行時間或地點，以及非本公司或其委託機構所能控制之因素，令旅行團行程有增減，或臨時更改交通工具、班機時間、機種及更換酒店等等，本公司或其委託機構無須對該等更改負任何責任，本公司或其委託機構得依當時情況全權盡力處理，團員不得藉故反對或退出，因故取消之行程，將不獲退還款項，任何因延期而引致之額外支出，本公司或其委託機構概不負責。
- 任何團員在參與各項活動時，如經常不遵守服務人員之指引或安排，在行動或言語上侮辱或滋擾其他團員或工作人員，本公司或其委託機構職員有權視當時情況而取消其隨團資格而毋須發還任何團費，而受該旅客監護之 18 歲以下同行團員亦須一併離開，有關旅客離團後一切活動，概與本公司或其委託機構無關。
- 團員如欲於旅程完畢後延期返澳洲，須於預訂時提出，以便本公司代為預定返澳機位，更改延期費用, 視乎各航空公司所訂. 敬請查詢本公司職員。如返澳之機位，未能即時作實，團員不得藉此理由要求退出。
- 團員如在旅途中自行離團或放棄行程，離團後之責任自負，一切後果與本公司或其委託機構無關。
- 旅客須切實遵守各國法例，嚴禁攜帶違例物品出入境，並照實申報攜帶之物品及現金。
- 報名及責任細則以澳洲維多利亞法律為依據，所有對本公司之索償 必須在澳洲維多利亞境內辦理。
- .本公司擁有参加者的肖像公開權，我們會於旅遊中拍攝活動花絮。
Booking Procedures:
- Provide Accurate Information: You must provide the correct name as shown on your travel documents and verify the names and document details on your receipt. Any extra costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect information (such as names or document types) must be borne by the traveller.
- Validity of Travel Documents: Ensure that your travel documents are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and that you have a valid entry visa with enough blank pages for immigration stamps.
- Payment Method: When booking on the website, full payment must be made using an accepted payment method. If the credit card provided is from outside Australia, you must bear the difference in bank exchange rates.
Deposit Amount (Per Person in AUD): Full payment required within 24 hours.
- Passport Copy: Provide a copy of your passport at the time of booking. Once seat and cabin availability is confirmed, full payment must be made within 24 hours.
- Cost Adjustments: Due to fluctuations in foreign currency, fuel costs, transportation tickets, hotel rates, insurance, etc., the company reserves the right to adjust costs before departure. If prices change, you will be notified. Fuel surcharges are based on the final announcement by the airline. All fees must be paid in full before departure.
- Final Acceptance: The company reserves the right to accept or reject bookings.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations due to personal reasons or changes in departure location, date, or name will be considered as cancellations.
- Charges will be deducted as follows:
- 61 days or more before departure: 10% of the total cost per person.
- 45-60 days before departure: 25% of the total cost per person.
- 45 days or less before departure (including the seventh day): 100% of the total cost per person.
- No refunds for no-shows on the departure day.
Travel Documents and Visas:
- Your travel documents must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Australia.
- According to airline instructions, travel documents must have two blank pages for immigration stamps; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding.
- Travelers must ensure that their travel documents and visas meet local entry/exit requirements. The company will not be responsible for any issues resulting from denied boarding or entry/exit requirements.
- The company will not refund any fees for visas or other arrangements if the traveller is refused entry or visa processing is delayed due to missing documents.
- Visa approval and entry/exit permissions are solely determined by the consulate or immigration department of the relevant country or region. The company or its agents will not be responsible for any issues. Visa fees are non-refundable.
- Even with a valid visa and travel documents, if entry is denied by immigration authorities, the company or its agents will not be responsible. All additional costs for accommodation, transportation, and any changes to the itinerary are the traveller’s responsibility. No refunds or compensations will be provided.
Responsibility Details:
- Tour Group Merging: The company reserves the right to merge tour groups.
- Transportation Details: All listed transportation services are for reference only and are subject to change. The final details will be based on the issued tickets.
- Independent Arrangements: The company or its staff will arrange transportation, accommodation, meals, or entertainment provided by independent entities (such as airlines, ships, trains, or tour buses) as agents. If there are delays, political instability, fires, strikes, wars, disasters, machinery failures, lost luggage, accidents, or government changes, travellers should seek compensation directly from the responsible entity. The company will not be liable for such losses or damages.
- Liability for Accidents: The company is not responsible for personal injuries, economic, entertainment, or emotional losses due to accidents, except where caused by the negligence of the company’s staff or directly managed operations.
- Changes by Other Parties: If a traveller changes their booking to another person, the company or its agents may cancel the participant’s place without refunding any tour fees. The new participant will bear their own insurance, liabilities, and consequences.
- Weather and Other Factors: In cases of weather, strikes, wars, or safety issues affecting transportation or causing service suspension, the company will deduct losses caused by such incidents from the fees paid and refund the difference. The company is not responsible for any changes due to uncontrollable factors such as visa issues, hotel overbookings, flight schedule changes, etc. No refunds will be provided for cancelled or altered itineraries.
- Behavioural Issues: Travelers who frequently ignore instructions, or insult or disturb other participants or staff, may have their participation cancelled without refund. Any accompanying minors under 18 must also leave with the problematic traveller. The company or its agents will not be responsible for activities after departure from the tour.
- Post-Tour Extensions: If you wish to extend your stay after the tour, please notify us at booking so that we can reserve your return flight. Extension fees depend on airline policies. If a return flight cannot be immediately confirmed, travellers cannot use this as a reason to withdraw from the tour.
- Self-Departure: Travelers who leave the group or abandon the itinerary will be responsible for their own costs and consequences. The company or its agents will not be liable.
- Compliance: Travelers must comply with all national laws, declare items and cash accurately, and avoid carrying prohibited items.
- Legal Basis: Booking and responsibility details are governed by Victoria, Australia law. All claims against the company must be handled within Victoria, Australia.
- Image Rights: The company reserves the right to use participants’ images for promotional purposes. Activity photos will be taken during the tour.
