You will be departing from Kunming to Dali by high speed rail today.
After breakfast, travel to Dali by high speed rail. Upon arrival, visit the Ideal State · Dali Santorini and enjoy a delightful afternoon tea consisting of floral tea, a fruit platter, and mousse cake. Afterward, experience the unique fusion of culinary delights and folk art at the Dali Featured Banquet. In the evening, explore Dali Ancient Town, the former capital of the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms, and take a leisurely stroll along Yangren Street. Afterward, check into your hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, board the Erhai Grand Cruise to explore Erhai Lake, where you can enjoy a performance of the Bai Ethnic Three-Course Tea Ceremony and Dance. The cruise includes stops at Nanzhao Folklore Island and Shuanglang Ancient Town. Then, visit the S Bay of Erhai Ecological Corridor and take a leisurely stroll through Xizhou Ancient Town, where you can try the DIY Bai Ethnic Tie-Dyeing experience. Next, head to Huayu Ranch to enjoy a Jeep Photography Tour (4 people per vehicle, accompanied by a professional photographer, with each person receiving about 5 beautifully edited digital photos). Afterward, travel to Lijiang by car.

After breakfast, depart from Lijiang to Shangri-La (a 1.4L large oxygen tank and warm clothing are provided for each individual). On the way, visit the spectacular Tiger Leaping Gorge, and take photos at the Yi Ethnic Village Observation Deck. Next, head to the Baishuitai (China’s version of Pamukkale). For dinner, enjoy the Tibetan King’s Feast, accompanied by a traditional Tibetan song and dance performance.

Visit the Napa Lake and Yila Grassland Scenic Area, followed by the “Little Potala Palace” — Songzanlin Monastery. Explore Dukezong Ancient Town and visit Guishan Park to spin the prayer wheel and check in at the White Stupa. Afterward, return to Lijiang by car, with a stop to admire the Xiaozhongdian Flower Sea along the way.

Then, visit the most authentic Naxi-style town, Baisha Ancient Town, to admire the historic Baisha Murals and experience the rich history. Return to Lijiang Ancient Town.

Depart from Guiyang in the morning and head to the renowned Zhijin Cave, known as the “Palace of Underground Art.” ( including electric scooter ride) will take you through this magnificent wonder, where you can marvel at nature’s craftsmanship. Inside the cave, you’ll be captivated by the formations of stalactites, stalagmites, and stone curtains, transporting you to a mysterious underground realm. After the tour, proceed to Anshun for hotel check-in and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Depart from Anshun and head to the magnificent Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area (including tickets and electric scooter + two-way escalator). Here, you’ll witness one of China’s largest and most spectacular waterfalls, along with several iconic spots in the park: walk through the mystical Water Curtain Cave behind the waterfall to feel its majestic power, visit the scenic Doupotang Waterfall, and stroll through the beautiful Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, showcasing nature’s finest creations. After the tour, transfer to Xingyi for hotel check-in, preparing for the next day’s adventure.

Finally, visit the Tianxing Gallery Scenic Area (including sightseeing elevator), taking the scenic elevator for breathtaking vistas. After the tour, transfer to Libo and check in to your hotel for a restful night.

- 備註: 保證艙房是，只選擇艙房類型和入住人數，不能指定艙房的樓層或位置，等到郵輪出發前，才將房間指派給乘客，遊輪公司保證屆時分配到的是同等級或是更高等級的艙房。
- No Room-Sharing Service: Room-sharing arrangements are not available.
- Flight Booking: If you plan to purchase flight tickets before joining the tour, please only do so after receiving the “Booking Confirmation.”
- Tour Variations: Each tour has different content. Please refer to the “Registration Information” and itinerary description for each tour.
- September and October are considered the peak season, so prices may vary.
- For value shopping tours, guests must travel with the group for the entire trip and cannot leave the group midway. If a guest leaves the group, a penalty of USD $150 per person per day will be charged to return to the travel agency.
- For Value Shopping Tour, every day on the tour, there will be designated shopping arrangements. Shopping is entirely optional. There will be no compulsory shopping; however, participants are required to visit the shops. For any purchases made during the trip, please contact the store directly for issues related to product quality, pricing, or after-sales service.
- Baggage Allowance: Baggage allowance is determined by the airline you are flying with.
- Name Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of your name details. Additional charges for name changes on tickets are AUD 100 per change.
- Passport and Visa: If you hold a passport from a country other than Australia, please consult our advisor regarding visa requirements before booking.
- Important Information: Tour details and hotel addresses will be sent to you via email 1-2 weeks before departure. You will also be invited to join the WeChat/WhatsApp group for the tour date.
- Personal Safety: Keep track of your personal belongings at crowded tourist sites. Shopping is a personal activity; verify the authenticity of items yourself. Note that local photography may incur fees.
- Cultural Differences: Service standards may differ between developing and developed countries. Travelers are advised to be patient and understanding of local service speeds to maintain a positive travel experience.
- Tour Company Rights: The tour company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary and adjust the tour. The cruise company and our company are not responsible for any losses or impacts caused by such changes.
- Weather and Other Factors: In cases of severe weather, high waves, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the tour from taking place, neither the tour company nor our company will provide compensation. Customers are not entitled to disputes.
- Note: A guaranteed cabin means you only choose the cabin type and number of occupants, but you cannot specify the cabin’s floor or location. The room will be assigned to passengers before the cruise departs. The cruise company guarantees that the cabin assigned will be of the same or a higher category.
旅行團報名及責任細則 Tour Booking & Terms and Conditions
訂位手續：
● 必須提供旅遊證件上的正確姓名，並清楚核對收據上參加者之姓名及證件資料，如因提供資料不符(如姓名、証件類別)而引致需更改任何文件所產生的額外費用和責任，需由旅客全數承擔。
● 請確保旅遊證件有效期以回國日計須達 6 個月或以上，並須持有有效之入境簽證及有足夠之空白頁供入境之用。
● 於網站預訂旅行團必須以系統所接受的付款方式全數付款，如提供的信用卡屬澳洲境外，旅客必須自行承擔銀行之匯率的差異。
訂金金額 ( 以每位澳幣計算 )：24小時內全額付款
1.報名時請先提供護照影本，待機位及船位回報訂位成功之後，請於24小時內全額付款。
2.鑑於外幣浮動、燃料費用、交通票、酒店、保險等加價導致成本上升，本公司保留在旅客出發前調整費用之權利。價格如有更改，將會另行通知。燃油附加費價格以航空公司最後公佈為準。一切費用必須出發前全數繳付方能出發。
3.本公司保留接受報名與否之最終權利。
取消細則：
- 旅客如因私人情況下要求取消訂位或更改出發地點、日期或 更改姓名等，一律視作取消訂位論。
- 本公司將根據以下列表扣除費用：
出發前15天或以上取消: 每位扣除全數費用之10%
出發前8-14天取消: 每位扣除全數費用之60%
出發前7天之內取消(含第七個工作日):每位扣除全數費用之100%
＊出發當日缺席，一切所繳費用概不退還。
旅遊證件及簽證：
- 旅客所持旅遊證件必須有最少6個月或以上有效期(以回澳日計算)。
- 航空公司指示，旅遊證件必須具備兩頁之空白頁，以便作為當地移民局作入/出境記錄蓋印之用。否則航空公司有權拒絕旅客登機。
- 旅客必須自行了解所持之旅遊證件及旅遊簽證，是否符合當地入/出境要求條例。若被航空公司或移民局拒絕登機或入/出境要求。
本公司將不負任何責任。已繳交之費用概不獲退還。而所有額外安排之費用，旅客均需自行承擔。 - 旅客因個人原因自辦簽証而不獲簽証或本公司代辦簽証時, 旅客未能提供領事館要求的文件或資料，引致延誤或不獲簽證，本公司概不負責。
- 任何種類的簽證審批權及出入境批准權一律由該國或地區之領事館及 / 或出入境部門全權決定，出入境如有問題，責任旅客自負，本公司或其委託機構毋須負任何責任。如簽證已代辦， 簽證費恕不退還。
- 即使旅客持有有效之入境簽證及旅遊證件，而於入境時被當值之移民局海關人員拒准入境，本公司或其委託機構亦毋須負任何責任。所需額外安排之食宿、交通費用全部由其本人負責，其餘下的行程亦將不會獲得任何補償，亦不得要求退款或改團。
責任細則：
- 本公司保留合併團隊出發的權利。
- 所有列出的交通服務資料只供參考，如有更改概不負責，一切須以出票時為準。
- 除本公司直接提供之服務外，本公司及其職員或附屬公司或與本公司有經營關係之公司以代理人身份在澳洲或外地安排其他獨立機構所提供之交通工具 ( 如飛機、輪船、火車或遊覽 巴士等 )、住宿、膳食或娛樂觀光項目等 (“委託機構”)，團員如遇交通延誤、政局不安、失火、罷工、戰爭、天災人禍、機器失靈、行李遺失、意外傷亡、財物損失或無法控制及政府更改條例等，該依照當地法律向擁有、管理或操作之委託機構直接交涉或追討賠償，而該等機構均各訂立不同條例，以對客人負責。在此情況下， 本公司概不對該等損失或傷亡負責。
- 除因由本公司之員工或其直接管理或操作之機構之疏忽而引致團員之個人傷亡外，本公司對團員在任何意外中之個人傷亡、經濟、娛樂或精神損失概不負責。
- 如旅客自行更改由其他人士代為參團，本公司或其委託機構之職員有權取消其隨團之資格，而無須發還任何團費，而該人士在隨團期間之保險、責任賠償、行為後果等均由該人士自行承擔。
- 如因天氣、罷工、戰爭、怠工或安全情況影響而引致有關交通工具暫停服務，停航或其他事故，而必須將行程更改或取消部份行程，本公司則將團員所繳交之費用扣除因以上事故而引致之損失後，退回差額給團員。
- 有關住宿、膳食、遊覽節目等問題，均依據旅程表安排。若遇特殊情況，如簽證受阻，當地酒店突告客滿或航機改變飛行時間或地點，以及非本公司或其委託機構所能控制之因素，令旅行團行程有增減，或臨時更改交通工具、班機時間、機種及更換酒店等等，本公司或其委託機構無須對該等更改負任何責任，本公司或其委託機構得依當時情況全權盡力處理，團員不得藉故反對或退出，因故取消之行程，將不獲退還款項，任何因延期而引致之額外支出，本公司或其委託機構概不負責。
- 任何團員在參與各項活動時，如經常不遵守服務人員之指引或安排，在行動或言語上侮辱或滋擾其他團員或工作人員，本公司或其委託機構職員有權視當時情況而取消其隨團資格而毋須發還任何團費，而受該旅客監護之 18 歲以下同行團員亦須一併離開，有關旅客離團後一切活動，概與本公司或其委託機構無關。
- 團員如欲於旅程完畢後延期返澳洲，須於預訂時提出，以便本公司代為預定返澳機位，更改延期費用, 視乎各航空公司所訂. 敬請查詢本公司職員。如返澳之機位，未能即時作實，團員不得藉此理由要求退出。
- 團員如在旅途中自行離團或放棄行程，離團後之責任自負，一切後果與本公司或其委託機構無關。
- 旅客須切實遵守各國法例，嚴禁攜帶違例物品出入境，並照實申報攜帶之物品及現金。
- 報名及責任細則以澳洲維多利亞法律為依據，所有對本公司之索償 必須在澳洲維多利亞境內辦理。
- .本公司擁有参加者的肖像公開權，我們會於旅遊中拍攝活動花絮。
Booking Procedures:
- Provide Accurate Information: You must provide the correct name as shown on your travel documents and verify the names and document details on your receipt. Any extra costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect information (such as names or document types) must be borne by the traveller.
- Validity of Travel Documents: Ensure that your travel documents are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and that you have a valid entry visa with enough blank pages for immigration stamps.
- Payment Method: When booking on the website, full payment must be made using an accepted payment method. If the credit card provided is from outside Australia, you must bear the difference in bank exchange rates.
Deposit Amount (Per Person in AUD): Full payment required within 24 hours.
- Passport Copy: Provide a copy of your passport at the time of booking. Once seat and cabin availability is confirmed, full payment must be made within 24 hours.
- Cost Adjustments: Due to fluctuations in foreign currency, fuel costs, transportation tickets, hotel rates, insurance, etc., the company reserves the right to adjust costs before departure. If prices change, you will be notified. Fuel surcharges are based on the final announcement by the airline. All fees must be paid in full before departure.
- Final Acceptance: The company reserves the right to accept or reject bookings.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations due to personal reasons or changes in departure location, date, or name will be considered as cancellations.
- Charges will be deducted as follows:
- 15 days or more before departure: 10% of the total cost per person.
- 8-14 days before departure: 60% of the total cost per person.
- 7 days or less before departure (including the seventh day): 100% of the total cost per person.
- No refunds for no-shows on the departure day.
Travel Documents and Visas:
- Your travel documents must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Australia.
- According to airline instructions, travel documents must have two blank pages for immigration stamps; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding.
- Travelers must ensure that their travel documents and visas meet local entry/exit requirements. The company will not be responsible for any issues resulting from denied boarding or entry/exit requirements.
- The company will not refund any fees for visas or other arrangements if the traveller is refused entry or visa processing is delayed due to missing documents.
- Visa approval and entry/exit permissions are solely determined by the consulate or immigration department of the relevant country or region. The company or its agents will not be responsible for any issues. Visa fees are non-refundable.
- Even with a valid visa and travel documents, if entry is denied by immigration authorities, the company or its agents will not be responsible. All additional costs for accommodation, transportation, and any changes to the itinerary are the traveller’s responsibility. No refunds or compensations will be provided.
Responsibility Details:
- Tour Group Merging: The company reserves the right to merge tour groups.
- Transportation Details: All listed transportation services are for reference only and are subject to change. The final details will be based on the issued tickets.
- Independent Arrangements: The company or its staff will arrange transportation, accommodation, meals, or entertainment provided by independent entities (such as airlines, ships, trains, or tour buses) as agents. If there are delays, political instability, fires, strikes, wars, disasters, machinery failures, lost luggage, accidents, or government changes, travellers should seek compensation directly from the responsible entity. The company will not be liable for such losses or damages.
- Liability for Accidents: The company is not responsible for personal injuries, economic, entertainment, or emotional losses due to accidents, except where caused by the negligence of the company’s staff or directly managed operations.
- Changes by Other Parties: If a traveller changes their booking to another person, the company or its agents may cancel the participant’s place without refunding any tour fees. The new participant will bear their own insurance, liabilities, and consequences.
- Weather and Other Factors: In cases of weather, strikes, wars, or safety issues affecting transportation or causing service suspension, the company will deduct losses caused by such incidents from the fees paid and refund the difference. The company is not responsible for any changes due to uncontrollable factors such as visa issues, hotel overbookings, flight schedule changes, etc. No refunds will be provided for cancelled or altered itineraries.
- Behavioural Issues: Travelers who frequently ignore instructions, or insult or disturb other participants or staff, may have their participation cancelled without refund. Any accompanying minors under 18 must also leave with the problematic traveller. The company or its agents will not be responsible for activities after departure from the tour.
- Post-Tour Extensions: If you wish to extend your stay after the tour, please notify us at booking so that we can reserve your return flight. Extension fees depend on airline policies. If a return flight cannot be immediately confirmed, travellers cannot use this as a reason to withdraw from the tour.
- Self-Departure: Travelers who leave the group or abandon the itinerary will be responsible for their own costs and consequences. The company or its agents will not be liable.
- Compliance: Travelers must comply with all national laws, declare items and cash accurately, and avoid carrying prohibited items.
- Legal Basis: Booking and responsibility details are governed by Victoria, Australia law. All claims against the company must be handled within Victoria, Australia.
- Image Rights: The company reserves the right to use participants’ images for promotional purposes. Activity photos will be taken during the tour.
